What we do
- Certified sources only: we buy directly from manufacturers or their authorized channels — never from gray-market resellers.
- Serial numbers on every device: each machine is registered at dispatch so its history is traceable to your order.
- Sealed packaging: devices leave our warehouse factory-sealed with all accessories and manuals inside.
- No refurbished units: if an item is refurbished, a demo unit or a display model, it would be labeled as such and priced accordingly — today, we simply do not sell them.
How to check your device when it arrives
- Check the outer box for damage before opening; take photos if damaged.
- Confirm the seal is intact and the device matches the model on your invoice.
- Find the serial number on the device body (and box), and email it to support@hifudefine.com — we confirm it against your order.
- Follow the quick-start guide for the first charge and test.
Our guarantee
If you receive a device that is not new, is not the model you ordered, or whose serial number does not match our records, contact us within 7 days. We will replace it or fully refund you, including shipping.
