1. Products and information
We describe products and their specifications as accurately as possible. Images are for illustration; minor differences may occur. Results of aesthetic devices vary by person and are not guaranteed.
2. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment received.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes where stated. Payment is due at checkout through our payment providers. If payment fails, the order will not be processed.
4. Shipping and risk

Our devices are cosmetic/aesthetic devices. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, and results are not guaranteed. Read the user manual before use. Do not use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or have a skin condition in the treatment area — when in doubt, consult a physician. Only use the device as instructed.

All content on this site — text, images, logos, product photos — belongs to HIFU Define or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages from misuse of a device.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably through customer support before formal proceedings.
